1. Liability for Contents
The content of our website has been created with the greatest possible care. However, we do not guarantee that this content is correct, complete, up to date and that it is appealing. In accordance with § 7 Abs. 1 TMG we are responsible for the content, even if this has been ordered.

Pursuant to §§ 8,9 and 10 TMG, we are under no obligation to monitor information provided or stored by third parties or to collect information from third parties, or to monitor or record circumstances that indicate unlawful activities.

This does not affect our obligation to block or remove information resulting from general laws.
However, we shall only be liable when we become aware of a concrete infringement of rights. Then the appropriate content will be removed immediately.

2. Liability for Links

Our website contains links that lead to external websites of third parties, but we have no influence on their content. We are therefore unable to accept any liability for these contents.
The responsibility for this always lies with the provider/operator of the respective website. We check the linked websites for a possible violation of the law in their entirety at the time of linking.

However, we cannot be expected to constantly monitor the content of the linked websites without a concrete indication. However, if we become aware of a violation of the law, we will immediately remove the corresponding link, we can do this.

The contents of our website are, as far as possible, protected by copyright. It requires a written permission of the creator for those who reproduce, edit, distribute or use the contents.

Downloading and copying of our website is permitted in writing for both private and commercial use. We would like to point out that we have always respected the copyright of third parties with regard to the contents of our website, insofar as they were not created by us.

If you tell us that you have found a copyright infringement, we would appreciate it. We will then be able to remove the content in question immediately and would no longer infringe copyright.

4. Data Protection
Our website can be used regularly without providing personal data. If such data (e. g. name, address or e-mail) should be collected, this is done voluntarily or only with the express consent of you and us to conceal.
The transmission of data on the internet is fraught with security vulnerabilities. It is therefore possible that third parties may gain access to this data. Seamless protection is not possible, even if it is praiseworthy.
We disagree to the use of our contact data at this point, in order to send us unsolicited advertisements/information material/spam mails. If this were to happen, however, we would have to consider legal action.
